Willie sources these beans Direct Trade, paying above Fair Trade premiums, because great chocolate starts with the farmers who grow it. Beans are traditionally grown under shade trees, to promote flavor, sustainability, and biodiversity.

Bean-to-bar crafted from the finest single-estate cacao and 100% natural ingredients. Pure Gold is conched at low temperatures for about 21 days to remove acidity while preserving its charismatic nutty notes, compared to industrial chocolate which is made in a few hours. With no added sugar or dairy, it's packed full of antioxidants — a feel-good, healthy treat.
