To ensure your chocolate arrives in pristine, temperate condition—whether delivered across the contiguous United States or to a distant corner of the globe—we partner exclusively with FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL. You may select your preferred carrier at checkout to suit your location and delivery speed needs.

Global Reach, Uncompromised Quality We are thrilled to expand our voyage beyond the United States. We now offer international shipping to a growing list of countries. However, because chocolate is a delicate luxury sensitive to temperature fluctuations, our global shipping protocols are designed to safeguard the integrity of your order from our door to yours.

Seasonal Protection: Mandatory Summer Shipping Protocol Chocolate is a delicate luxury that requires precise temperature management. In Florida and throughout the Southern Hemisphere, ambient temperatures pose a significant risk to the integrity of our products from May through October. Even in other regions, summer heat can compromise the texture and flavor of our craft. To guarantee a flawless unboxing experience:

  • Mandatory Summer Shipping: Any order placed between May 1st and October 31st must select our Summer Shipping option at checkout.
  • Cold Chain Assurance: This service includes premium insulated packaging and specialized gel ice packs, creating a climate-controlled environment within the package to prevent melting, blooming, or texture alteration during transit.
  • Note: Due to the perishable nature of our craft, we cannot guarantee the quality of chocolate shipped without this Summer Shipping protection during the May–October period. Orders selected without this option during these months will be shipped at the customer's risk regarding temperature exposure.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: All orders are hand-packed with care within 1–2 business days. Each package is inspected to ensure the "snap" and gloss of our chocolate remain intact before sealing.
  • Transit: Delivery times vary based on your location and selected carrier.
    • Domestic (USA): Typically 2–5 business days via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL.
    • International: Typically 3–10 business days depending on destination customs clearance and the chosen courier service (DHL or FedEx Express recommended for international transit).
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend selecting expedited shipping options year-round, but especially during the Summer Shipping period, to minimize time in transit and reduce heat exposure.

Weekend & Holiday Delays Please note that most carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, do not deliver on Sundays or federal holidays in many jurisdictions. Additionally, international shipments may experience delays over weekends or local public holidays in the destination country. Orders placed on Fridays or prior to holiday weekends may experience extended transit times. During the Summer Shipping period (May–October), we urge you to select expedited shipping to minimize exposure to environmental risks.

Address Accuracy & International Customs Your chocolate's journey begins with precise coordinates. Please double-check your shipping address and contact information at checkout.

  • Domestic: We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped and cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of purchase.
  • International: For international orders, accuracy is paramount. You are responsible for providing accurate customs documentation details where required. While we handle the primary export declaration, please be aware that local customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. Delays caused by customs processing are outside our control.

Shipping Restrictions While we are excited to ship globally, the perishable and temperature-sensitive nature of our product dictates certain limitations:

  • Prohibited Zones: We currently restrict shipping to remote locations or territories where reliable temperature-controlled transit cannot be guaranteed due to extreme ambient conditions or lack of carrier infrastructure.
  • PO Boxes: Due to the requirement for immediate delivery and potential signature confirmation for insured, climate-sensitive packages, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. A physical street address is required for all orders.
