About the Chocolate
What is single-origin chocolate?
Single-origin chocolate is made from cacao sourced from one specific country or region, allowing the unique terroir — soil, climate, and farming practices — to shine through in the flavor.
What is bean-to-bar chocolate?
Bean-to-bar means the chocolate maker controls every step from raw cacao bean to finished bar, ensuring quality, traceability, and ethical sourcing throughout.
What is Geisha coffee chocolate?
Geisha is one of the world's rarest and most prized coffee varietals, known for its floral, tea-like complexity. Nomé infuses it into select chocolate bars for an extraordinary flavor experience.
Are your chocolates vegan?
Most of our dark chocolate bars are vegan. Our milk chocolate bars contain powdered milk. Each product page lists full dietary information.
Are your chocolates gluten-free?
Yes, all Cacao Voyage bars are gluten-free. Please check individual packaging for allergen facility notices.
How should I store my chocolate?
Store at 59–64°F away from light and moisture. Peak flavor window is 12 months from production.
