THE INTIMATE IN-PERSON TASTING VOYAGE A Private, Sensory Immersion for 1 to 4 Guests Perfect for individuals, couples, or small groups of 2–4 seeking a deep, tactile connection with the art of chocolate. Step into our curated space for an exclusive, face-to-face journey through the volcanic hills of Panama. Unlike our virtual sessions, this experience engages all your senses in real-time, allowing you to feel the weight of the bar, hear the crisp "snap," and smell the complex aromas as they unfold in the room. YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES A Curated Flight of 4–6 Distinct Tastings: Begin with premium tasting samples of our finest single-origin bars, ranging from the creamy, silky embrace of Panamanian milk chocolate to the bold, earthy intensity of our darkest varieties. We will guide you through the nuances of each flavor profile. The Connoisseur's Toolkit: Receive a dedicated souvenir tasting sheet featuring our proprietary Flavor Notes Wheel to track your discoveries, along with the "Four Steps to Tasting" card to guide your future indulgences at home. Expert Guidance & Education: Walk away with the knowledge to identify the subtle differences between floral notes and rich undertones. Learn the science of tempering and the art of the "Ritual of Discovery" directly from Sarah. The Exclusive Souvenir: Take home a full-size bar of your favorite selection. At the conclusion of the session, you will choose the bar that resonated most with your palate and receive it as a gift of the experience, ready to be savored at your leisure. IDEAL FOR: The curious explorer, a sophisticated date night, a unique celebration, or the solo traveler seeking a moment of pure, unadulterated luxury. IMPORTANT LOGISTICS & REGISTRATION: To facilitate this intimate experience, please register at least 7 business days in advance. This lead time is essential for us to prepare the venue, curate your tasting flight, and ensure your full-size bar is reserved and ready for you. Without this buffer, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred selection or the pristine condition of our tasting environment. Please plan accordingly to secure your spot. NEXT SESSIONS: Held every 2 weeks on Saturdays at 11 AM Central Time.

Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Confirmation All tasting experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or required deposit) via our secure booking system. Due to the limited capacity of our intimate and guided sessions, spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details and preparation instructions. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and our farming partners, please adhere to the following cancellation windows: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your session for a future date, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. 3. Group Size & Capacity The Intimate Voyage: Limited to a maximum of 4 guests per session. If your group exceeds this limit, please book a separate session or upgrade to "The Guided Collective." The Guided Collective: Requires a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. Note: If a "Guided Collective" session does not reach the minimum of 5 guests 72 hours prior to the event, Cacao Voyage reserves the right to cancel the session. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Please inform us of any severe allergies (particularly nuts, dairy, or gluten) at the time of booking. While our facility handles various allergens, we take every precaution to ensure safety. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please contact our Concierge directly at Concierge@cacaovoyage.com prior to booking to discuss suitability.
