YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES A Curated Sensory Kit: Every participant receives eight premium tasting samples, a dedicated souvenir tasting sheet, professional palate-cleansing elements, and the exclusive Connoisseur's Guide to navigate the experience. The Story of Panama: Go beyond the flavor. We dive deep into the ethical partnerships and sustainable farming practices that define our collection. You will meet the farmers, understand the volcanic soil, and see exactly how your participation supports fair-wage programs and anti-trafficking initiatives. The Craft of Cacao: Unlock the secrets of the bean-to-bar process. Learn the science and artistry behind fermentation, roasting, and tempering. Discover how these precise steps transform raw ingredients into the complex, layered flavors that dance on your palate. The Ritual of Discovery: Under the live guidance of Sarah, your group will move through the four stages: The Arrival, The Landing, The Evolution, and The Departure. We will teach you how to engage your senses, identify the "snap" of quality, and decode notes of tropical fruit, toasted almond, and volcanic earth. IDEAL FOR: Corporate team building, bridal parties, friend gatherings, or educational groups eager to learn about ethical luxury. IMPORTANT LOGISTICS & REGISTRATION: To facilitate this immersive experience, please register at least 7 business days in advance. This lead time is essential for us to curate, pack, and ship your tasting kits, ensuring every sample arrives fresh and perfectly tempered. Without this buffer, we cannot guarantee the quality of the experience or the integrity of the flavors. Please plan accordingly so your group receives their kits in time.

Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Confirmation All tasting experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or required deposit) via our secure booking system. Due to the limited capacity of our intimate and guided sessions, spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details and preparation instructions. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and our farming partners, please adhere to the following cancellation windows: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your session for a future date, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. 3. Group Size & Capacity The Intimate Voyage: Limited to a maximum of 4 guests per session. If your group exceeds this limit, please book a separate session or upgrade to "The Guided Collective." The Guided Collective: Requires a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. Note: If a "Guided Collective" session does not reach the minimum of 5 guests 72 hours prior to the event, Cacao Voyage reserves the right to cancel the session. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Please inform us of any severe allergies (particularly nuts, dairy, or gluten) at the time of booking. While our facility handles various allergens, we take every precaution to ensure safety.
