This is not a pre-scheduled group event; it is a flexible, ad hoc service designed to fit seamlessly into your life. Whether hosting a private dinner party, celebrating a milestone, or seeking a moment of solitary indulgence, Sarah will personally curate a tasting journey that aligns with your specific vision. THE EXPERIENCE Total Flexibility: Select a date and time from our available calendar slots. We accommodate your schedule, not the other way around. Hyper-Personalized Curation: Tell us your preferences—perhaps the "earthy depth" of the 73% Oscuro or the "floral spark" of the Geisha 65%. We will assemble a custom selection of premium tasting samples or full-size bars to match your mood and flavor profile. Direct Access to Sarah: Enjoy a private session where I guide you through the "Ritual of Discovery," decoding the terroir of Panama and the stories behind every bean. Seamless Logistics: From booking to delivery or venue preparation, we handle the curation, packing, and presentation to ensure flawless execution. PRICING AND BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS The investment for this bespoke service is calculated per attendee. You must select the correct number of variants corresponding to your total guest count at checkout. For example, if hosting a private session for three guests, please select the Bespoke Concierge variant for three units. Failure to select the correct number may result in delays or incomplete kits. The One-Week Rule: All bookings require a minimum of 7 days' notice. This lead time is non-negotiable as it allows us to source your custom samples, reserve your full-size bars, and ensure they arrive with the perfect temperature and structural integrity. IDEAL FOR: Private dinner parties, milestone celebrations, executive retreats, or the solo traveler seeking a moment of pure luxury. HOW TO BOOK Check our calendar for available ad hoc slots. Select your preferred date and time. Add the correct number of variants to your cart based on your total guest count. Cancellation Policy
1. Reservation & Confirmation All tasting experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or required deposit) via our secure booking system. Due to the limited capacity of our intimate and guided sessions, spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details and preparation instructions. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and our farming partners, please adhere to the following cancellation windows: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your session for a future date, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. 3. Group Size & Capacity The Intimate Voyage: Limited to a maximum of 4 guests per session. If your group exceeds this limit, please book a separate session or upgrade to "The Guided Collective." The Guided Collective: Requires a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. Note: If a "Guided Collective" session does not reach the minimum of 5 guests 72 hours prior to the event, Cacao Voyage reserves the right to cancel the session. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Please inform us of any severe allergies (particularly nuts, dairy, or gluten) at the time of booking. While our facility handles various allergens, we take every precaution to ensure safety. If you have a life-threatening allergy, please contact our Concierge directly at Concierge@cacaovoyage.com prior to booking to discuss suitability.
