THE GUIDED GROUP IN-PERSON TASTING VOYAGE A Shared Sensory Immersion for Groups of 5 to 20 Join us for a lively, synchronized journey into the heart of Panamanian cacao. Designed for corporate teams, bridal parties, friend circles, and educational groups, this event transforms our venue into a hub of discovery and connection. Experience the "Ritual of Discovery" alongside fellow enthusiasts, guided personally by Sarah, as we unlock the secrets of volcanic terroir and ethical craftsmanship together. Note: To maintain an intimate and interactive atmosphere, this session is strictly limited to 20 guests. YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES A Curated Flight of 4–6 Distinct Tastings: Begin with premium tasting samples of our finest single-origin bars, ranging from the creamy, silky embrace of Panamanian milk chocolate to the bold, earthy intensity of our darkest varieties. We will explore the unique flavor profiles as a group, sharing insights and reactions in real-time. The Connoisseur's Toolkit: Every participant receives a dedicated souvenir tasting sheet featuring our proprietary Flavor Notes Wheel, allowing you to track your discoveries and compare notes with the group. Expert Guidance & Education: Dive deep into the story of Panama, the science of fermentation and roasting, and the art of tempering. Learn to identify the "snap" of quality and the "velvety finish" of high-cocoa butter chocolate in a dynamic, interactive setting. The Exclusive Souvenir: Take home a full-size bar of your favorite selection. At the conclusion of the session, you will choose the bar that resonated most with your palate and receive it as a gift of the experience, ready to be savored at your leisure. IDEAL FOR: Corporate team building, bridal showers, friend gatherings, or educational groups eager to learn about ethical luxury and the science of food in a hands-on environment. IMPORTANT LOGISTICS & REGISTRATION: To facilitate this immersive group experience, please register at least 7 business days in advance. This lead time is essential for us to prepare the venue, curate the tasting flights for your group size, and ensure every participant's full-size bar is reserved and ready. Without this buffer, we cannot guarantee the availability of your preferred selection or the seamless execution of the event. Please plan accordingly to secure your spot. NEXT SESSIONS: Held every 3 weeks on Wednesdays at 12:00 PM Central Time. Capacity is limited to 20 guests. Register Early!

Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation & Confirmation All tasting experiences are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment (or required deposit) via our secure booking system. Due to the limited capacity of our intimate and guided sessions, spots are held on a first-come, first-served basis. Once a reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation with your booking details and preparation instructions. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to all guests and our farming partners, please adhere to the following cancellation windows: Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made 24 hours or more prior to the scheduled experience time are eligible for a full refund or a credit toward a future booking. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are non-refundable. However, we are happy to reschedule your session for a future date, subject to availability, if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. No-Shows: Failure to attend the scheduled session without prior notice will result in a forfeiture of the full payment. 3. Group Size & Capacity The Intimate Voyage: Limited to a maximum of 4 guests per session. If your group exceeds this limit, please book a separate session or upgrade to "The Guided Collective." The Guided Collective: Requires a minimum of 5 guests and a maximum of 10 guests. Note: If a "Guided Collective" session does not reach the minimum of 5 guests 72 hours prior to the event, Cacao Voyage reserves the right to cancel the session. In this event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule. 4. Dietary Restrictions & Allergies Please inform us of any severe allergies (particularly nuts, dairy, or gluten) at the time of booking. While our facility handles various allergens, we take every precaution to ensure safety.
